About Requt
What Requt does, how its AI feedback works, and where its limits are.
Requt is an AI coach for recorded video interviews. It turns a job description and your resume into a complete video script, then reviews your recording and scores it on content, delivery, setting and attire, with a full transcript, specific feedback and a plan for your next take.
Who makes Requt
Requt is built and operated by Avinu Servicos de Tecnologia LTDA. We made it for candidates facing one-way video interviews and video applications, where there is no interviewer in the room to react to — just a camera, a prompt and a timer. Requt is independent and is not affiliated with HireVue, Spark Hire or any other interview platform.

How the video script is written
When you upload a resume, Requt extracts your experience, skills and highlights into structured details. The video script then connects that real experience to the requirements in the job description: a clear opening, relevant examples and a strong close, timed section by section to fit roughly 90 to 180 seconds unless the employer’s brief asks for something else. You can edit every part of it so it sounds like you.
The AI is instructed to use only facts from your resume and your own answers to its preparation questions, and never to invent employers, projects, skills or numbers. If you gave an approximate figure, it stays approximate. Still, read the script before you rehearse it: you should never say anything on camera you cannot back up.
How a recording is scored
The AI watches and listens to the entire recording, transcribes everything you say, and evaluates this answer — not your employability or your personality. It scores four dimensions, each from 0 to 10 with at most one decimal:
- Content60% of overall
- Relevance, substance and structure, and whether the answer delivers what the video brief asks for. Resume details only count if you actually say them in the recording.
- Delivery30% of overall
- Judged from the real audio and video: how easy you are to hear and follow, your pacing, and disruptive pauses or filler words. It never penalizes an accent, a disability or a naturally quiet style.
- Setting5% of overall
- Whether lighting, framing and distractions help or hinder seeing and hearing your answer. An ordinary room can score well; an expensive setup earns nothing extra.
- Attire5% of overall
- Measured against an explicit dress requirement when there is one; otherwise ordinary, non-distracting clothing is enough. Attractiveness, body type, grooming preferences, cultural or religious dress and perceived wealth are never scored.
Each score follows fixed bands rather than a default midpoint or an encouragement bonus:
- 0–2: Absent or very little usable evidence.
- 3–4: Some usable elements, major gaps.
- 5–6: Adequate basics, meaningful gaps.
- 7–8: Strong, specific and effective.
- 9–10: Exceptional, with no material shortcomings at 10.
The overall score is the weighted average above — content 60%, delivery 30%, setting and attire 5% each — calculated on the server, so what you say and how you say it decide 90% of the result. A concise answer can score well: completeness matters, not length. Feedback must point to what is actually visible or audible in your video, and improvements come with specific next actions, starting with the biggest gaps in content and delivery.
Video scripts are written by Anthropic’s Claude models, and resumes and recordings are analyzed by Google’s Gemini models, reached through OpenRouter on Amazon Bedrock or Google’s Vertex AI. Transcription uses AssemblyAI. The privacy policy lists every provider and what each one receives.
What the feedback is not
- It is not a hiring decision, and it does not predict one. Employers use their own criteria, which Requt cannot see.
- It is AI-generated and can be wrong. Treat a score as a signal to check, and trust your own judgment when a note does not fit.
- It is not a replacement for the rules in your interview invitation. Time limits, retakes and think time vary by employer.
How the guides are written
The Requt guides are written by the Requt team to help candidates prepare, whether or not they use the product. We hold them to a few rules:
- Advice is practical and specific: what to do, with worked examples of weak and strong answers.
- We do not state platform rules we cannot verify. Where settings differ by employer, the guide tells you to check your invitation.
- Every guide shows the date it was last updated, and we revise guides when the advice changes.
- Found something wrong? Email comercial@avinu.tech and we will correct it.
