Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026 · Version 2026-09-16
1. Who we are
Requt is operated by Avinu Servicos de Tecnologia LTDA (“Requt”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at comercial@avinu.tech. These terms govern your use of the Requt web application and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
2. The service
Requt helps candidates prepare interview videos: it generates personalized video outlines from a job description and a resume, and analyzes self-recorded videos with scored, actionable feedback. Features may change or improve over time.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- The free signup credit grant is one per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm free credits is not allowed.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and payments
- Paid features consume credits. The cost of each action is shown on its button before you start it.
- Starting an outline draft costs 1 credit when the draft is created. Completing that draft and retrying a failed generation do not cost another credit. Discarding a draft does not automatically return its credit. A video analysis costs 2 credits only when its result is successfully saved. Contact us about billing errors or persistent failures; the refund policy and your statutory rights apply.
- When Loom imports are available (section 5a), importing a video from a Loom link costs 1 credit, charged when the download succeeds. A download that fails or that we refuse is not charged. The download credit is not returned if the analysis of that video later fails or you discard the video; the analysis itself is charged separately under the rule above.
- Starter and Pro credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire while your account remains open.
- Job Hunt is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Each successful monthly payment provides up to 40 credits, subject to a cap of 80 unused subscription credits. Pack credits and free credits are tracked separately and do not count toward this cap. For example, 40 subscription credits plus 30 pack credits still receive the full 40-credit monthly grant. A subscription balance of 55 receives 25 credits; a subscription balance of 80 receives none. The unused part of a monthly grant is forfeited, not deferred. Subscription credits are spent before pack and free credits. Existing credits are not removed by the cap, and buying a pack does not change your subscription or renewal date.
- Cancel through the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or at Paddle support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and prevents future renewals. Credits already granted remain available in your open account; cancellation does not itself refund a payment. Deleting app content does not cancel billing.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, receipts and applicable taxes; your card details never reach our servers. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. The final price, currency and tax treatment are shown at checkout.
- Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. Your content
You retain whatever rights you hold in the content you upload — job descriptions, resumes and videos. Uploading does not create rights you did not have. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content, including sending it to the third-party AI providers listed in our privacy policy, solely to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to use, including the consent of anyone who appears in a video.
If you add a candidate record for someone other than yourself — for example, as a career coach — you confirm that you have the right to give us that person’s name, resume and the other details you enter and to have their recordings analyzed with AI, and that they know you use Requt for this. You decide what to upload about them and why; we process that information on your behalf, only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for handling any request they make about their information, and we will help you respond. We record when you gave that confirmation and which version of its text you saw.
5a. Imported videos (Loom and similar links)
Importing a video from a Loom link is currently disabled. Imported videos already saved in your account stay there, and you can still play and delete them.
When we offer imports, the following applies:
- Before you start an import, you confirm that you own the video, or that you have the owner’s permission to copy it into Requt and have it analyzed by AI, and the consent of anyone who appears in it. We record that confirmation, when you gave it and the version of these terms you saw, and keep that record with the imported video.
- We cannot see the platform’s download or sharing settings. That a link works is not evidence that you may copy the video. Do not import a video you would not be allowed to download yourself.
- Your confirmation does not give us, or you, rights the owner did not grant. If the owner objects, section 6a applies; if a person in the video objects, our privacy policy explains what happens.
- We may refuse, delay or suspend imports — for a single link, for your account or for everyone — while we review a platform’s terms, the download tooling we rely on or a notice we have received. The download credit in section 4 is charged only when a download succeeds; a download we refuse or that fails is not charged, and a charged download credit is not returned if the analysis fails or you discard the video.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing or harmful content. If you believe content in Requt infringes your copyright, report it as described on our Copyright page. Section 6a explains what happens to reported content and to accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, and no reselling access to it.
- No circumventing credit accounting or abusing the free tier.
6a. Reports of infringement and repeat infringers
When we receive a credible notice that content in your account infringes someone’s copyright:
- We delete the reported content from your account as soon as we decide the notice is credible. For a recording, that includes its stored video. We do not keep a copy to restore later.
- We tell you what was reported and what we did. We do not give the person who reported it your name or account details unless the law requires it.
- If you believe the notice is mistaken — for example, the content is yours or you have permission to use it — you can send us a counter-notice as described on our Copyright page. If we accept it, the notice no longer counts against your account and you may upload the content again.
- A notice that we reject, that is withdrawn, or that is overturned by your counter-notice does not count against you.
We close accounts that receive three upheld notices within 12 months; closure follows section 9. Requt is a provider established in Brazil: we comply with court orders to remove content, and we also remove infringing content voluntarily when we receive a credible notice under these terms and our Copyright page.
7. AI-generated output
Outlines, scores, transcripts and feedback are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided as guidance only — we make no promise about interview or hiring outcomes. Review AI output before relying on it.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Requt at any time, delete individual content in the app, or delete your account on the Account page — or, if you cannot sign in, email us to request deletion as described in our privacy policy. Deleting your account ends any Job Hunt plan: we cancel it with Paddle at the same time, or ask you to cancel it first. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted, so ask for any refund you are entitled to before deleting. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, including repeat infringement under section 6a, a confirmed violation of someone else’s rights in content you uploaded or imported, or a false confirmation under section 5 or 5a. We also close and erase accounts that have not been signed in to for 12 months, unless the account has an active subscription or unused purchased credits: we email the account 30 days before, and signing in before then keeps it open. Refund eligibility on closure or termination follows our refund policy, Paddle’s applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights; closure does not automatically refund payments.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continuing to use Requt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
