1. How to report
If you hold the copyright in a work, or act for someone who does, and you believe content stored in Requt reproduces it without permission, email comercial@avinu.tech. Requt is operated by Avinu Servicos de Tecnologia LTDA. Account holders agree to the rules on this page in sections 6 and 6a of our Terms of Service.
This page is about copyright. If your concern is that you appear in a video or that a record contains your personal information, write to the same address; our privacy policy explains your rights.
Send one notice per work, or one notice listing every item you claim. We act on a notice once it is complete (section 2).
2. What your notice must contain
We can act only on a notice that includes all of the following. If something is missing, we will ask for it before doing anything else.
- Identification of the work. Its title and, if you have them, a registration number or a link to where the original can be seen. We do not need a copy of the work.
- Where it is in Requt. Requt has no public pages for recordings, so we need enough to find the item: the email address of the account that uploaded it or the person’s name, if you know them; the approximate date of the upload; the file name; and, for a video imported from Loom or a similar service, the original share link. Say whether your notice is about a recording, a saved video that has not been analyzed, or a candidate record such as a resume.
- Your contact details. Your name, postal address, email address and phone number, and whether you are the rights holder or their authorized agent.
- A good-faith statement. That you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
- A statement of authority. That the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature; typing your full name at the end of the email is enough.
3. What we do when we receive a notice
- We acknowledge it. You get a reply with a reference number within 2 business days.
- We locate the material. We find the item in the uploader’s account using the details you gave. If we cannot, we tell you what else we need. We do not confirm to you whether a particular person has a Requt account.
- We decide. Within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice, we tell you whether we removed the material or rejected the notice, and why. A rejected notice can be sent again with the missing information.
- We delete the material. If the notice is complete and credible, we delete the material from the uploader’s account as soon as we decide. We do not hide it or keep a copy to restore later. Recordings in Requt are not published: they are played only through short-lived links issued to the account that owns them, and those links stop working once the file is deleted.
- We notify the uploader. We tell the account holder what was reported and what we did, and how to respond if they believe the notice is mistaken. We share only what is needed to describe the notice, and we do not tell you who the uploader is unless the law requires it.
We keep a record of each notice, our decision and any counter-notice for 5 years after the matter is closed, and we apply removals again if we ever restore a backup. We do not keep a copy of the disputed content; backup copies age out as our privacy policy describes.
Requt is a provider established in Brazil. We comply with court orders to remove content, and we also remove infringing content voluntarily when we receive a credible notice under this page.
4. Counter-notices
If you uploaded the material and believe the notice is mistaken — because the content is yours, you have permission to use it, or the notice does not describe your upload — reply to the message we sent you with:
- the reference number of the notice, or a description of what was removed;
- why you believe the notice is mistaken, with anything that supports it, such as a license or the owner’s permission;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that the information in your counter-notice is accurate, and your signature (typing your full name is enough).
If we accept your counter-notice, the notice no longer counts against your account and you may upload the content again from your own copy. Because we delete removed content rather than hide it, we cannot restore it for you.
5. Repeat infringers
We close accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content. A notice is upheld when we deleted the material and no counter-notice reversed that decision.
- Three upheld notices against one account within 12 months close the account.
- Rejected, withdrawn and overturned notices do not count.
Closure blocks access to the account and stops any processing queued for it, and we tell the account holder why the account was closed. Content in the account is then erased as described in our privacy policy; purchase and credit records are kept where the law requires it, and closure does not by itself refund a payment.
6. Private playback, not public sharing
Recordings and feedback in Requt are not published. There are no public links, galleries or embeds; a recording is played only through short-lived links issued to the account that owns it. That limits how far a copy can spread, but it does not change our responsibility for the copies we store and process.
