When are credits charged?

Starting a new outline draft costs 1 credit, including its preparation questions. You can resume and finish that draft without another charge. Discarding it does not refund the credits. Video analysis costs 2 credits only after the result is successfully saved; a failed analysis is not charged. Resume parsing is free.

Why do the two $19 options differ?

Interview Pro gives you 30 credits once, with no renewal or expiry. Job Hunt gives you 40 credits each billing month until canceled. Unused subscription credits carry forward up to 80; any excess from a monthly grant is forfeited. Pack credits are separate and do not reduce your monthly grant.

Can I buy more credits while subscribed?

Yes. Buy a Starter or Interview Pro pack whenever you need more credits. It is a one-time purchase that does not change your subscription or renewal date. We use subscription credits first, then pack and free credits. Pack credits never expire while your account remains open and do not count toward the subscription rollover cap.

Can I try Requt before buying?

Yes. New accounts start with free credits for an outline and a video analysis. The 3-minute limit applies only to free video analyses: any purchase unlocks takes of up to 5 minutes, or up to 7 minutes for uploaded videos with a credit pack.

Who processes my payment?

Requt uses Paddle as its payment provider and merchant of record. Our merchant account is named Avinu Tech, so you may see that name during checkout. Paddle handles payment details, receipts and applicable taxes.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

You can cancel future Job Hunt renewals through the Paddle customer portal linked in your subscription email, or contact us for help. One-time packs do not renew. See our refund policy for refund terms.
